THE VALUES BEHIND THE TRAINING

MEET YOUR COACH

Nick Cross

FOUNDER / IRONMANE FITNESS

Nick brings a background in military service, firefighting, and team leadership to IronMane Fitness. His focus is practical: help people build strength, move better, and develop training habits they can sustain.

The goal is steady progress you can carry into everyday life—from keeping up with your family to feeling more capable outdoors.

BEFORE YOU TRAIN

A few things
to know.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

You can start from your current level. Ask Nick about movement options and class suitability so the training fits your experience and goals.

What should I bring?

Bring water, shoes suited to outdoor training, and clothes appropriate for the weather. Confirm any equipment requirements before your first class.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Outdoor sessions depend on safe conditions. Confirm the weather and cancellation arrangements with Nick before attending.

How much does it cost?

Drop-in classes are $15 per class. Membership options are also available. Ask Nick for membership details and launch availability.
